what do they say when the vehicle moves forward?
The wheels go back so as to make the vehicle move forward.
As the wheel moves backwards it resembles the clock moving backwards,saying as long as we(the wheels) move the wheel anti clockwise we go anticlockwise;and at the end we may have to go back through ages and push our carts.
